Our Dental Savings Plan is designed to make preventive and restorative care more affordable for individuals and families in Portland. There are no deductibles, no claim forms, no waiting periods, and no annual maximums.
Adult Plan (Ages 18+)
Just $555/year includes:
- Comprehensive new patient exam
- All necessary X-rays
- Two routine cleanings OR one periodontal maintenance cleaning
- One emergency exam (as needed)
Teen Plan (Ages 13–18)
Just $474/year includes:
- Comprehensive exam
- All necessary X-rays
- Two cleanings with fluoride treatments
- Oral hygiene instruction
Child Plan (Ages 0–12)
Just $329/year includes:
- Comprehensive exam
- All necessary X-rays
- Two cleanings with fluoride treatments

This is a discount dental plan — not insurance. It cannot be combined with dental insurance or other offers.
Payment is required at the time of service to receive plan benefits. Each plan is valid for one full year from purchase date.
Refunds are not issued once the first visit has been completed under the plan.
